Chiropractor helps out in Haiti
Jan. 17, Oakville, ON – Angela Blackburn, writer for the Oakville Beaver in Ontario, reports that Oakville chiropractor Cheryl van der Mark and her family are alive in the wake of last Tuesday’s massive earthquake that measured 7.0 on the Richter Scale and was centered just southwest of Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

Alberta court denies class action against ACAC
Jan. 13, Edmonton, AB - In Reasons for Judgment released on January 11, 2010, Mr. Justice R. Paul Belzil of the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench denied certification of the class action launched against the Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors (ACAC).
