Canada’s Third Annual Upper Cervical Symposium

Friday, September 12, 2008 is the date set for Canada’s Third Upper Cervical Symposium, a non-profit education event with proceeds being donated to the Ralph R. Gregory Foundation to help fund research and education of upper cervical care.  The symposium will feature a wide variety of topics ranging from research to regulatory issues.

The symposium will be held at the Alberta Research Council Auditorium – located in the Edmonton Research Park – and will be hosted by Providence Chiropractic Clinic in Edmonton Alberta. The speakers will come from a wide range of professions dealing with diagnosis and treatment options for people who have experienced neck injury. Topics will include X-Ray safety and reproducibility, upper cervical adjusting biomechanics and digital radiometrics and a review of findings from the Bone and Joint Decade 2000-2010 task force on neck pain and its associated disorders.

August 15th is the deadline for early registration for this event. Registrants are invited to inquire about continuing education credits.  Registrations forms, a full list of speakers and topics, directions to the event and all contact information can be found by visiting www.providence-edmonton.com/index.html.
