Industry News – Graston names new distributor
Feb. 7, Indiannapolis, IN – Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) has been named the exclusive distributor of selected Graston Technique products in Canada.

“This distributor agreement gives our Canadian clients—including chiropractors, physical and occupational therapists, hand therapists and athletic trainers—a much easier way to acquire the soft tissue emollient used with GT instruments, and eliminates the cumbersome process associated with shipping between the USA and Canada,” said Michael I. Arnolt, GT president. 

Graston Technique®is a U.S.-based company located in Indianapolis, Indiana, that trains clinicians in its proprietary method of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.

The GT-product line that CMCC will distribute includes the soft tissue emollient, GT promotional four-color brochures for consumers and professionals, belt-carry cases and foam trays. All of the products will be available exclusively through the CMCC Supply Centre and Bookstore in Toronto, one of the largest distributors of chiropractic supplies and rehabilitation products in Canada. GT instruments will continue to be sold only through its U.S. location.

Graston Technique®, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization technology utilized in outpatient therapy clinics since 1994, is included in the curriculum of 44 college and university advanced degree programs for chiropractors, physical and occupational therapists, hand therapists and athletic trainers. Graston Technique® is among the soft tissuemodalities taught at CMCC. There are approximately 600 GT-trained clinicians inCanada and more than 9,500 worldwide.
