Hill DT Decompression System gets Canadian nod

hilldtFrazer, Pa.-based Hill Laboratories has received UL Approval 60601-1:2012 3rd Edition and Health Canada approval
for its premiere Class II Medical Device, the Hill DT Decompression
System. Hill Laboratories is a fourth generation family-owned
manufacturer of chiropractic, medical and physical therapy tables and
products.

In addition, Hill has also been awarded the highest level of
international standards, with its ISO 13485 certification, the company
said. ISO 13485 Quality Management System will now add to improvements
in the quality, design, production and customer satisfaction of all Hill
products. ISO 13485 is the preferred standard recognized by the U.S.,
Europe, Australia, Japan, Brazil and Canada.

Hill DT Solutions,
in Grand Rapids, Mich., will continue to provide the sales, training and
certification of the Hill DT. Led by Dr. Timothy Burkhart, DC, BCIM,
Hill DT Solutions mentors deliver remote and onsite certification
training across the world, the company said. Together with the Hill DT
online network, 24/7 support and monthly mentoring conference calls,
doctors receive solid fundamentals in treating disc patients with the
Hill DT.
