OCA annual conference to highlight innovations in health-care

The 2014 Ontario Chiropractic Association Annual Conference will explore the latest information on health-care innovation, concussion research, as well as networking and mentorship.

This year’s OCA Annual Conference, to be held in Toronto on Saturday,
Oct. 25, features a keynote by Dr. Mike Evans, associate professor of
family medicine and public health at St. Michael’s Hospital. Evans’
keynote will discuss innovations in health care and how to stay on top
of the trends.

The one-day conference will include four session
tracks, nine session choices, 33 vendor exhibits, eight hours of
networking, and six hours of structured CE credits.

The OCA will
also be holding its annual general meeting at the event, which gives
members a chance to be heard on matters important to them, according to
the OCA.

The OCA Annual Conference will run from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Hilton Toronto.
